- We are a band of neighbors working together to make our neighborhoods safe and clean. Join us for our monthly meetings at the Ford school. We want to prevent crime, the decline of property value and increase opportunities to our youth. We work with various groups to accomplish this enormous task. The Highlands Coalition has made great strides this past year. We have a cleaner Highlands, trees have been planted, we had a night of peace at Ford School, neighbors have received grants for home improvements and now a Community Garden! People working together can and do make a difference. Get Involved!
