It is sad to read about the violence that is taking place in our city. As we are well aware, we can no longer ignore the issue. However, we can come together as a community and find solutions. Please make constructive comments to solve this horrendous problem.
I think that you've hit the nail right on the head David, this is not an issue that we need to blame other agencies such as Police, city hall or others (though they will have a role to play in this). The reason that gangs are so successfull is that that are organized, the community is not. Lynn is full of strong talented and intellegent people, working together is the only path to right these wrongs.
